Girls Camp 2008

So my wife Katie asked me to do a logo for the girls camp this year. Leave a comment, let me know what you think? Obviously it's the leaders that have the final call, but I appreciate all comments.

That is really good, Rich. I mean it. I am very impressed. I'm sure the Young Women will leaders like it too.

Very nice! The ONLY thing I'd suggest is to put a dot or line or something between the beginning and end of the saying around the circle (since it could get a little confusing). I really like it, you should do more of these.

A more dynamic impression (not to mention, more legibility) can be achieved for your headline "Superwomen of the Scriptures" in either selecting a coordinating font that looks good in all caps OR in using standard upper/lower case expression in the "chancery-esque" font you have selected. Such fonts generally have too many flourishes to be legible in an ALL CAPS format.

Additionally, as has been suggested, using a bullet of some sort will help the reader know where to begin and end. OR center "Superwomen" to 12:00 and "of the Scriptures" centered (flipped right way up) at 6:00. This too will allow for more immediate legibility.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, you have a very keen eye for contrast, dimension, spacing, flow and hierarchy! In general a very good-looking logo!
